Dezurik is the wastewater industry leader of eccentric (non-lubricated) plug valves. These are robustly designed valves and have been known to last for over 20 years in most water and wastewater applications. These valves come in many different body materials, with plug faced elastomers in sizes from 1/2" to 72". Plug valves are automated with 2" direct nuts, levers, or worm gear actuators. These valves can also be powered with Electric, Pneumatic, or hydraulic actuators. Plug valves are commonly used for isolation but can be used for throttling and modulating applications. Dezurik also has a "Pump check" package for their 80% and 100% pipe area plug valves.
