For Start-Up, Field Service & Shop

Terms and Conditions:

• Daily Rates cover an eight (8) hour period between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
  
  
• Work performed before 8:00 a.m. and after 5:00 p.m. will be charged at the appropriate overtime rate.
  
  
• Field service and start-up charges are from the time of departure until the return of our service representative. Transit hours after 5:00 p.m. will be charged at the appropriate standard rate.
  
  
• Field service and start-up charges include mid-day (lunch) meal break.
  
  
• Lodging and travel expenses to and from the point of origin (Livermore, CA) will be charged at cost.
  
  
• Charges for required parts are net prices. Shipping charges will be billed at cost.
  
  
• A minimum of 4 hours will be charged for field service work.
  
  
• Service work is scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please call for current availability.
  
  
• Start-up and training requires a two-week lead time minimum.
  
  
• Service techs carry standard PPE. Safety equipment needed for confined space or recovery, etc. needs to be customer provided.
