The Frank Olsen Company is a Representative/Distributor of valves, automation and associated products to the water and wastewater industries. Typically, companies we represent manufacture the equipment we provide but in some instances the Frank Olsen Company may have fabricated some of the materials supplied. All materials manufactured by The Frank Olsen Company are warranted for a period of one year from the date of shipment unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Unless otherwise stipulated in our quotation or any contract accepted and signed by an authorized employee of the Frank Olsen Company for materials provided to fulfill the requirements of said contract, all materials are warranted only to the extent of the manufacturer’s guarantee. The manufacturer or the Frank Olsen Company must have agree to and provided, extended warranties in writing for any deviation to the standard warranty to be valid.
The Frank Olsen Company shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential loss, damage or expense arising directly or indirectly from the use of any of the products supplied by the Frank Olsen Company. This includes damages and/or charges for labor to make repairs or adjustments to the product. Acceptance of any liability for products not manufactured by the Frank Olsen Company is solely at the discretion of the manufacturer.
The warranty period for all products/material provided on this project begins from date of shipment and extends through the manufacturer’s warranty period. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty for length of term.
